Owned and operated by Russ Moran of Russ Moran Custom Catering. Brewster's Seafood Market is a full service retail seafood market as well as an eat-in or take-out restaurant, seafood market, and off-premise catering. Our specialty is lobsters. We serve only the finest hard shell lobsters from Northern Maine and Canada. Our lobster bakes are know as PUPS as in "Pick up a Party". During our busy season we sell thousands of PUPS. We deliver to local beaches, rental homes, office buildings, and private homes all over the Hamptons. The market and restaurant are open year-round, 7-Day. Year-Round.
