Le Toukouleur

The menu at Le Toukouleur includes a mix of French, North African, Caribbean, and west African items, including escargot, butternut squash soup, selfish cakes, braised lamb, seafood stew, steak, and prawns, and for dessert, banana creme brulee and apple tarts. Meals are very reasonably priced, and the food is artfully prepared with most entrees coming in well under $30.
