WELCOME TO TASTINGS Tastings is a local and independently-owned and operated casual yet upscale restaurant at the Patriot Place complex in Foxboro, MA. We focus on the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients that are sourced from local farmers, ranchers, and fishermen who follow sustainable practices. We call this American Haute-Farm cuisine. We meet our vendors, shake their hands, look them in the eye and as a result, we know that we are bringing you the best ingredients available. We believe that when you source locally you end up with a fresher product that carries the imprint of a fellow member of our community that shares our passion for fine food. One of New England's treasures is our four distinct seasons. Our independence enables us to feature the best of each season through frequent menu changes that take advantage of the best that New England has to offer. Our extensive Wine Spectator award-winning wine list covers the globe with over 250 unique and interesting selections, about 70 of which are available by the glass, making for ample opportunity to pair with Chef Matt Maue's award-winning cuisine.
