At Woodfire, our kitchen team has perfected the art of grilling. A 1200- degree wood-burning grill is the focal point of our exposed kitchen. Many of our menu items are prepared on this unique grill. We feel that the use of natural wood for cooking imparts a flavor unlike any other cooking method. We have natural wood burning ovens and smokers as well. Our pizzas, breads and some of our desserts are also baked in these ovens. In the mood for an ultra casual and relaxed dining experience, visit The Back Room where you can watch the game or enjoy a cocktail. We also have live entertainment some nights. Located directly behind Woodfire Restaurant, The Back Room features a full food and drink menu and a large screen TV.
